Sorry to hear that. We ordered our chair on 11/14/22 and selected 11/22/22 for a delivery date. They delivered as requested and did a great job setting everything up. Absolutely no problems. So I don't know what happened with your order, but we are extremely happy with the chair. We have had no weather problems where we live so maybe that is an issue. Whatever the problem, the chair is worth waiting for. We love it. Good luck.

Please try again later.Oh man that’s terrible, I’d call and continue to call customer service until you get a confirmed re delivery and make sure…They stand up to their word..I had a chair delivered which came broken, probably when it sat at the warehouse but they delivered another one a week later due to me calling to receive a confirmed date. Continue calling until something happens
