A:AnswerIt actually works on all cycles, pick your cycle and temp push start and give it a few seconds,I actually thought the same thing and only washed every load on the quick setting, but every time you start a load it has to "sensor" it , hope this helps

For your safety, your washer does not spin unless the lid is closed. Make sure that the drain hose is not kinked. Straighten as necessary. Make sure that the height of the drain hose is within specified limits. The pipes to your sewer system may be clogged.
