A:AnswerI feel like that might be something appropriate for a plumber to look at? Unless, of course, you are using the “eco-warm“ setting, which does start out feeling cold. It does a nice job using lower wash and rinse temperatures, so less energy is required for heating. I actually use it quite often and have always been satisfied with the results.
A:AnswerEverytime you change a setting you have to reset the soak cycle and water plus cycle. That’s what I noticed. When I decided to change from quick wash to whites etc. I had to go through the set up process again. I think it has a memory lapse. Lol. Other than that it usually does everything you set it on
A:AnswerIt actually works on all cycles, pick your cycle and temp push start and give it a few seconds,I actually thought the same thing and only washed every load on the quick setting, but every time you start a load it has to "sensor" it , hope this helps
A:AnswerActually, this machine can fit a King comforter and does have a pause button. And yes, the pause button releases the latch so that you can access the tub mid cycle.
A:AnswerHello, thank for your interest in our washer.
To answer your inquiry, to remove laundry product residue, wipe with a damp cloth and towel dry. Also, you can remove the detergent and softener compartments to clean them.

A:AnswerThis just happened to me for the first tine yesterday. It was a big blanket. I just had to keep pulling it up easily and it came out with no problem. Hope it works for you!
A:AnswerMany reviewers have mentioned the same problem with their machine. Apparently the rinse compartment clogs easily. Try clearing out the drain hole with something flexible and/or pour hot water into the dispenser. Having read the reviews before using this machine, I either use a Downey Ball or set a timer to on my phone so that I can pour fabric softener directly into the machine during the rinse cycle (at 27 minutes left on the the display).
A:AnswerMake sure that the drain hose is not kinked. Straighten as necessary and make sure that the height of the drain hose is within specified limits.
A:AnswerThe reason you’re seeing such a disparity between wash times here is because there’s a difference between a regular washer and one that is labeled as “high efficiency.” This one is the latter, so expect a longer wash time because it’s using less energy/water.
