“Love this machine, but every time it starts, it spins the clothes before water starts. All the clothes bunch up on one side, causing spin problems. I take care to balance all clothes evenly when loading. Is there a way to fix it.”

• Start the washer cycle before adding load to be washed. Pause. Then add load. Restart cycle.
