My DVD player cleaner worked very well. It was used to clean all three (DVD music player and two DVD movie/music players) DVD players. I did not have any problems with mine. It was very quiet during the cleaning. When the cleaning was complete, the ejector automatically opened.

If it can’t eject, use a pin or key to eject from the hole under the player. After you reload the disc, listen for the number for English and press the number on the remote. If that doesn’t work, try Geeksquad. Hope this helps!
