Insignia™ - Laser Lens Cleaner - Blue/White

I bought this product because my bluray player wasn't reading the disc all of the time. The player is much better than it was before, but still not perfect. I feel there should be a cleaning solution for the brushes to get a better clean. It has improved at least 80 percent better than it was before. The price of the cleaning disc was fair for what it is. All in all a great purchase for what I needed.

Bought this product on advice of Best Buy associate. Saved my DVD player. I plan to use it regularly on all my DVD & CD players.

Bought for cleaning the laser lens of my xbox360. Asked the best buy employee if this is the right Cd to use. He said yes. $15 later, my Xbox still can't read cds, can't play any games. Makes sense tho, since it says unrecognizable disc for my games that used to work fine, then how could it read this laser lens cleaning cd with voice prompt instructions (that i never heard, because its not reading cd's properly). SMH. Save your money, ill be taking the cd back for a refund and asking the geek squad to check out the Xbox and getting it cleaned the right way.

I purchased an Insignia Laser Lens Cleaner so that I could clean my CD player and the CD/DVD drives in my computers, and I believe this laser lens cleaner did a pretty decent job. I've never bought a CD/DVD laser lens cleaner before, so I didn't really know what to expect. However, I was surprised at how easy and intuitive it is to use. The laser lens cleaner plays in multiple different languages and cleans your CD/DVD drive very, very quickly (it surprised me at how fast it was). You need to put it into the CD/DVD drive that you would like to clean and play it on track 2 after you start (track 1 isn't in English). It will tell you to wait for the beep noise that comes later in the track, and when you hear the beep noise, you need to switch to track 9. Track 9 tells you that the laser lens cleaner has finished, and if you want, you may listen to some music that is already on the CD. That's all there is to it. I wish there was a better way for you to notice if the laser lens cleaner actually did clean the CD/DVD drive and how well it did clean it, as it only appears to have improved performance marginally, to be honest, but I believe it did a pretty solid cleaning job. Overall, I don't regret my purchase, and I would recommend this to anybody who needs to clean their CD/DVD drives (whether in a computer or an actual CD player).

It works but please order online Cus the location I go to is horrible help . I asked a employee to point me toward a product I wanted to purchase and he pointed me into a random location to basically leave him alone . I found what I wanted after reading tags and there was no item even tho I saw there was plenty in stock online . I gave up and ordered it online and what do you know . I left and got home and immediately received a notification that my item was ready for pick up ノಠ_ಠノ

This is my third Sony TV over a period of 30 years. I have had the XBR-49X800E for about 3 weeks. Last week everyone in Milwaukee had to rescan for their over the air channels. At the end of this procedure 50 digital channels were found. After hitting the "next" button it switched from 50 digital channels to only 5 analog channels. There are no analog channels left in Milwaukee. Repeated the procedure 5 times with same results. Called Sony tech support. I was told the problem was not with my new TV. Was told that all the TV transmitters in Milwaukee must have gone off line at the same moment. My jaw dropped, could not believe what I was hearing. Then tech support recommended a factory reset. This did resolve the issue but created extra work reentering info for Netflix and other apps. Sure hope I will not be having to do factory resets on a regular basis. On a positive note the 4K picture is incredible. I upgraded from a Sony KD-34XBR970.
