“The directions for disc cleaner send me to Track 2 for English and then to Track 9. Nothing seems to happen after that-no more instructions and the disc does not seem to be running or move past Track 9. Did I miss something?”

• You need to make sure you answer the prompts after the speaking has stopped or the disk will keep going that should work fine

• Nope your not missing anything. All its doing is spinning and wiping the lenses. Execute the 40 minute track if that didnt work.

• The DVD cleans the lens on track-9. It only takes a couple of seconds then it's done.
