When the CD is inserted, the user is directed to choose a language. Probably doesn't matter which. After 15 seconds, go to track 9. It would be good if you were to have a friend who is not hearing-impaired help you if you can. Otherwise this is very likely to fix the problem. I did it a second time just for good measure and the system is working great.
