“When our Bose started to skip when playing CD's, I asked BEST BUY for recommendation and was referred to this product. The disk will not play (tried many things). When I forward to Track 9 it tells me I can remove Disk. Can't get started - what to do?”

• Same thing happened to me. I turned off the DVD and restarted it...actually did it a few times. Eventually, it accepted the disc. So far so good but there is the possibility the DVD is bad. Also, if you get it to work, remember to run it through every few months depending on your use.

• The directions are in sevearl languages, each with its own track. I believe English is track 3. (Don't remember for sure.) You might need to repeat several times until playback is clear. I did.
