Maybe there is some dust in your Blu-ray player or there is a scratch on the disc or a little something on the disc make sure it is clean first

The directions are within the cd itself.. follow the instructions and you will be fine.. When it tells you to skip to t4 or whatever just fast forward the disk.

I don't think it will cause I believe it might have to be a blue ray dics cleaner. I think you can them . if not at Best Buy you might fine one at Frys.

has your tray been damaged or off track slightly, ny pushing in it can sometimes tweak the tray.
