- Answer It only comes with the Red & White RCA cables. You have to buy the optical input cable for the optical input to the converter. On a side note, the digital to analog converter works great. There is no sound delay and the sound quality is great.

QuestionI bought this converter because new TV only has optical output. I have a Bose Wave Music System. I used optical cable to converter, then used RCA cable to another RCA with aux ending to connect to the aux-in on the Bose. All I get is a buzzing sound.
