I am not an expert with garage door openers, but I am wondering if your downforce setting for the door is set correctly. Try backing off this setting an 1/8 to 1/4 turn. Disconnect the garage door from the Opener and ensure it moves on the rails feely. Ensure that all your wheels are lubricated and nothing is binding. If none of this works try contacting the manufacturer for suggestions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The obstruction comes from your garage doors built in infrared sensor. If it has its beam broken the Insignia knows because it doesn’t see a completed circuit from the garage door opener. If you get random obstruction messages check your sensors on each side of your door and make sure they are aimed properly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the obstruction message you get is because the main unit must be placed closer to the sensor that is stuck on garage door. If you’ve mounted the main unit on top of garage door motor like I have, place it at close to the sensor as possible. You can also mount the sensor on door as close as possibly to top of garage door to also bring that sensor closer
