Be sure your controller is running firmware version 2.63.51 or later. You can call Insignia support and request the update.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This seems to be much improved with iOS 13 GM (Golden Master) version.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have noticed that the device shows no response from time to time. I have also noticed this for other devices (smart switches, etc) too. It is probably just a matter of network compatibility. If I wait a little while, then the device connects and is operable remotely.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have not had this problem. We are using a combination of the wall button, HomeKit, and the RF programmed into our car. Try doublechecking that your garage sensor (the piece that attaches to the door itself) is right side up. If it is upside down or otherwise incorrectly oriented, it gets confused as to the position of the door and doesn’t work as expected, or not at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the wall button and car remote sometimes and it works well except the status is slow to update. If I switch veiws to/from room and home it seems to update quicker.
