“Will this work with a Guardian 628 opener? I do have a 3 button remote& wall mount switch.”

• I installed the device and it does work with the 628 (not on the supported device list). However, it severely reduced the range of the Homelink transmitters in my cars. Had to be in the driveway directly in front of the door to operate. Other posts indicate this might be fixed by a firmware update or relocation of the unit. Any one had success doing this for a non-supported opener?

• It will work if your opener has wires that come from the opener to the switch on the wall. If the wall switch is wireless, this is not the device for you.
