Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I solved the problem of missing notifications. I have an Apple TV Gen 4 but it was set to go to sleep after 15 minutes. I changed the Apple TV settings to never sleep and now notifications arrive every time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have experienced the same issue. This unit appears to be WiFi only and you have to be at home on the network to receive notifications.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When you're connected to your home WiFi, a HomeKit hub is responsible for opening/closing the garage opener and reporting status. The problem you described seems to be related to HomeKit hub. A HomeKit hub could be an AppleTV (>= 3rd gen), an iPad, or HomePod. So reboot all of them if you have any to see if the issue is fixed. If you have none, then you won't have remote access or status reporting of your HomeKit accessory when you're not connected to your home WiFi.
