“I am trying to use this smart switch in a hall. There is a light switch at both ends of the hall. I have bought 2 smart plugs..one for each switch.. .but I cannot seem to get them to work together to turn on the light. What an i doing wrong?”

Look up wiring of a three way switch. The other switch will need to be disabled (disconnected). Rewiring depends on if the Insignia is mounted in the switch box with the power line or not. The Insignia needs continuous line power ( unswitched ).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Smart Light switches will only work with a single pole switch. Yours is double. I had a similar situation and I had to disable one of the switches to get the smart switch to function properly.
