Yes, this device works fine with Amazon Alexa or Google Home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I own Amazon Alexa echo dot at home and this works perfectly fine with it. I did also try with Google Assistant App and it works great with that too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It used to work with Amazon but now they are having problems with their software so it doesn't work at the moment. They said they are working to fix it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes but you have to add the device to the insignia connect app first. Those services pull the device information from the cloud. They will not detect the devices on your network natively (HomeKit does). Tip if you add additional devices to the insignia connect app after you already setup Google or Alexa be sure to sign out of the insignia app and sign back in to sync the new devices to the cloud. After that you can scan for new devices on Alexa. On Google you will need to unlink and re link the service to find the new devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! Both! I highly recommend getting Geek Squad to set them up though. Once they're set up they're awesome and easy to use, but it's a fight to get them set up.
