• No, just on and off if it works at all. I have 5 of them, 3 have been returned and replaced and are again not working. Spend a few extra dollars and get something better. The phone app is horrible for both iOS and Android.

• I don't think so but I have not tried since I think you would also need a dimming led bulb and I don't have one in the lamp I am using it for. There are plenty of smart led bulbs that dim such as LIFX, which is great and has loads of colors and other settings, but is expensive - or the white only and far more reasonable TP Link (both sold at Best Buy)
