Get replacement wheels. Stop using the toxic floor cleaner it is reacting with the EPDM Sponge Material In the wheel . Short term fix until new wheels arrive ,Place a rubber band around the wheel that is now oversized double it or triple it until the rubber band is tight against the sponge wheel cover. This is needed for traction. Last solution would be to apply a few drops of super glue at 12' O'CLOCK 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00 around the diameter of the plastic wheel hold the sponge for 60 seconds at the four points crylock was applied. Last option purchase extended warranty and take unit back for Merchant to service or exchange for new one.
