A:AnswerYes. It is just a dry mop or can be a moist mop. It doesn't spray anything - it just has a moist microfiber cloth that wipes the floor. It would be perfect for any hard surface.
A:AnswerYes, it does clean large areas. I have wood floors and it cleans without leaving streaks. I do use a white vinegar and water cleaning solution. Some "soap" based cleansers can leave residue.
A:AnswerYes to both questions. You will probably want to pause it while doing the large area to wash the cloth and be sure you have enough water. I am not sure that the battery will last long enough to do all of the areas at once. I do all my floors over two or more days. I set it in an area one day, then charge it over night and do another area the next day or so. This works well for me.
A:AnswerToni, I have the Braava and love it. I only have wood floors and title floors, but I would think that it would work on indoor stained concrete really good. In fact maybe better than my tile ones as there are grout cracks of course. I have two indoor dogs (one that sheds) and living on a farm both bring in sand/dirt. I first use the dry cloth to get the hair up and then the mop part everyday. I use the swiffer dry cloths as they seem to pick up dog hair good. The battery life on this little robot is remarkable! I would compare it to a broom and wet mop in one. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerNeither unfortunately. It’s manually started and manually returned to the charging base or plug. It will, however, return to the starting point when it’s completed it’s job so you don’t have to go searching for it and is pretty thorough whether it’s “Swiffering” or mopping (beats all of the people in my house including myself and I’m labeled for being OCD)
A:AnswerHello Firesosij,
Yes your robot will be able to clean and the dark and if it has enough charge and the correct terrain mapped, it will be able to clean a deck outside.
A:AnswerBraava 380t has been tested and approved for use on sealed hard surfaces. It’s always recommended that the flooring manufacturer be contacted for lists of specific cleaning solutions and devices for your floor type. Vinegar is not an approved cleaning agent to be used in any Braava product as it can cause damage to the internal mechanisms of the robot.
