Yes. It is just a dry mop or can be a moist mop. It doesn't spray anything - it just has a moist microfiber cloth that wipes the floor. It would be perfect for any hard surface.

I use it on my brand new laminate and it works great! Just make sure to use the special kind of laminate cleaner for the mopping function.
