• The 630 and the 650 have a built in converter - like a laptop does. You can either use a small adaptor on the end, or change out the cable - both are cheap. They are 110-220. I bought one in US and used it in Turkey.

• you would have to ask the manufacture about 220 .. I do not think so because it is made for 120 no way to switch it.
