For Windows computer, please ensure that install the j5create driver software and that your computer's USB-C port supports a feature called DisplayPort Alternate Mode, in order to achieve a triple display setup of: HDMI/HDMI/VGA or DP/HDMI/VGA.
A:AnswerI don't have Apple tech, but perhaps I can offer insight. Did you adjust your display Settings in your operating system controls? I have Windows 10 for my Samsung laptop. I had to find my Settings to look for Display controls. I also had to save and then Restart.
