Hello, Thank you very much for your question! The j5create - USB Type-C Docking Station (JCD543) is compatible with Windows and macOS computers that have an available USB-C port. For Windows computer, please ensure that install the j5create driver software and that your computer's USB-C port supports a feature called DisplayPort Alternate Mode, in order to achieve a triple display setup of: HDMI/HDMI/VGA or DP/HDMI/VGA.

The specifications indicate a VGA port and an HDMI port as well. See specs tab in store listing.

Yes, but your issue will likely be with the USB-C outlet, many notebooks do not have this feature to operate the docking station, mine did not and now I am stuck with it till I can return it
