For Windows computer, please ensure that install the j5create driver software and that your computer's USB-C port supports a feature called DisplayPort Alternate Mode, in order to achieve a triple display setup of: HDMI/HDMI/VGA or DP/HDMI/VGA.

• Yes, but your issue will likely be with the USB-C outlet, many notebooks do not have this feature to operate the docking station, mine did not and now I am stuck with it till I can return it
