A:Answeri found it to be very good. i haven't tried am since am broadcasts in NH suck but i found fm to come in stronger than my older kenwood from 2014
A:AnswerNot at the time I bought it. Read my review, installation is straightforward. Use quality tools and DON"T just wrap the wires for connections. Solder them if you know how, use crimp connectors (butt joints) with a good crimping tool.
A:AnswerThe synopsis of the product says remote included, if it did it does not now. The product still says it does. I bought it on this premise, but no one is taking responsibility for no remote. I was told I could by one from JVC or I could download an app, come to find out there is no current app for Android phones. I hate when products are misrepresented.
A:AnswerI know that there is like a cradle that my radio sits in so that it will sit flush with the dash in my car. The radio is only sold as a radio since I’m sure each car designed and shaped differently it would be easier to sell the added parts separately than to sell the package made specific to particular cars. I think there is also a set of connections from the radio to the car that have to be made. Mine came up to less than $30 altogether when all was said and done. I’m sure the prices vary depending on make and model. If possible I would suggest going to the Bestbuy installation area and let them check the price and give you a clearer explanation.
