has remote control null

The synopsis of the product says remote included, if it did it does not now. The product still says it does. I bought it on this premise, but no one is taking responsibility for no remote. I was told I could by one from JVC or I could download an app, come to find out there is no current app for Android phones. I hate when products are misrepresented.
