It might be the iPhone. The latest iOS version has bluetooth issues. I bought an AT&T cordless phone system at Bestbuy that allows 2 cellphones to connect to via bluetooth. My Android phone works fine with it but my wife's iPhone 6 gets it's bluetooth disconnected soon as a call comes in. To troubleshoot I paired my company's iPhone 5S to the handset and had the very same issue. AT&T tech said it was an issue with iOS bluetooth, not their phone. I suggest trying a different phone, Android if possible just for trouble shooting purposes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to go to the Settings and look for ANALYST and press it and it will reset! It would turn off and turn back on and check it out!
