• The difference is the heating elements 100 Series is Both Ovens Thermal Bake/Broil (NO CONVECTION) 300 Series Upper Oven is True Convection Only along with the Thermal Bake/Broil option. It also has the temperature probe and easy Roll-out racks. 500 Series Both Ovens are True Convection along with everything else the 300 Series has.
