    • Answer This is a High-Efficiency (HE) washer. As a result, the water level settings for this washer may be different than for conventional washer. Deep Fill allows you to add more water. Press the Deep Fill button before starting a cycle to add extra water to the cycle. Press and hold the button at least 3 seconds. Please note, if the washer has already reached it maximum fill level, this button will have no effect. ^Daphane

    • Answer oh boy ... I have no idea. The washer has a sensor which gauges how much water your load needs. I have note noticed any issues either with cleaning or rinsing out all detergent.

    • Answer No I had to return and purchase a new set within 14 days of my purchase it barely washes a queen you need a 4.8 or larger they say I’m waiting for delivery of my new washer that’s a 4.8 to know if it will wash a king comforter that representative said will do the job fingers crossed cause my new set won’t be eligible for return since the purchase was Dec 20th and delivery is not until February 1 2022
