- Answer Yep. Just did this for my inlaws. Have them lighting up several exterior buildings that are metal so not even cell signal was available.

- Answer Hello, clay. Both WHW0303B and WHW0303 (White) have the same functionalities and only differs in colour. Also, the Velop WHW0303B is exclusively distributed by Bestbuy.

- Answer You will need a modem to work with these. These are basically an advance router that covers more areas than a traditional router.

- Answer No on the usb unless you have usb/Ethernet. If it is just usb that is super old you should consider upgrading the main router to a new system not 9 years old. No on the mifi since the speeds of mifi are extremely slow. They also contain 2.+ connection, Velop has Ethernet.

- Answer If you have good line of site it could work. You might want to have one in the main house on a window sill facing your shop and another in a shop window facing the house. If the one in your shop lights up solid blue then you are all set.

- Answer Velop mesh network failing miserably after a year and a half. My money would have been better spent on a different manufacturer's product, AND SO WILL YOURS. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Customer service is dismal, too. Consider Netgear Orbi or google nest instead.

QuestionMy Velop AC3900system stipulates it is for internet systems up to 100MBps. Can I benefit from upgrade to 200Mgbs? I plan to be using two 4K Tvs, an X-box and 3 laptops with this system

- Answer Hi. The Velop system has as gigabit WAN/LAN ports. It can support up to 1GBps internet. Upgrading to a higher internet speed will definitely benefit your network.

- Answer Honestly, you never know how well it will work until you actually buy the product and try it out. I would buy it from a bricks and mortar Best Buy to make return/exchange easier, if necessary. There are so many factors that will affect range (line of sight, walls, wood vs steel structure, other WiFi devices, etc.)

- Answer Using your phone app one can easily add as many as 12 nodes. If get the batter node you can make it primary node also but you need to reset it. You can do it yourself, but getting the tech support is recommended.

- Answer Hi, BargainShopper11. They only differ in colors but has the same functionalities. However, the Velop WHW0303B is exclusively distributed by Bestbuy. If you already have an existing Linksys router and would like add the Velop Mesh System, you may need to to set the Velop as the main router and set the existing one in bridge mode to utilize the Velop's full potential. This will enhance the Mesh network and for much more greater coverage.

- Answer I don’t have Comcast I have consolidated communications. But I am assuming that it will work with, Comcast modem. It’s compatible with most cable modems.
