“Why doesn't my NEW MOBILE PLUS announce "fall detection enabled" unless I turn if off and back on? Shouldn't it announce after charging like my old one?”

• Great question. The Lively Mobile Plus only lets you know that while charging the device, the Fall Detection is not available. You can still press the button for assistance, but it cannot detect a fall while in the charging cradle.
