• Yes and it seems to work well, though I am new to it. Make sure that you download both skills apps (red and blue). One allows Alex to do simple commands. The other allows more complex work but must be prefaced with "Alexa, ask Harmony to...."

• If you're asking if you can voice command the remote: no. There is a high end Harmony that Echo can talk to, but only to turn off and on.
