A:AnswerThe only difference, besides possible color of the device, is that the 700 uses rechargeable batteries and the 650 uses regular AA batteries (unless that has changed to AAA). I have a 650 that we have used for years. It would be working better if it hadn't been dropped to often, and it requires new batteries about once every 2 to 3 months depending on use. As far as I can tell the 700 is actually a discontinued product, so I am surprised to see it here, they must have had some remaining stock to liquidate. You will not see the 700 on the Logitech website.
A:AnswerYes it will. I have the Harmony Touch and an older Harmony remote which worked fine with Onkyo receiver. There are literally thousands of components you can check on their website for compatability and Onkyo is certainly one of them.
A:AnswerThe PS3 has bluetooth and this remote doesn't work with that. Logitech has/had an adapter that can be used to receive IR signal and convert to BT so the PS3 can be controlled with it. But out the box it won't work with your PS3. Should work fine with the TV.
A:AnswerI have a Samsung soundbar and it programmed to it just fine. Honestly I don't think you will be able to find much of anything this won't program to.
A:AnswerYes, I had issues with the setup also. Never got the Dish setup to work. Got my TV, Receiver and DVD player all setup OK. Logitech customer service is worthless. Operation itself is easy, no issues so far, except the Dish operation. I still use my Dish remote.
