“Is it very difficult to set up and operate? I purchased something similar and and followed directions. But could not get it to work properly. Has anyone had issues with setup ?”

Yes, I had issues with the setup also. Never got the Dish setup to work. Got my TV, Receiver and DVD player all setup OK. Logitech customer service is worthless. Operation itself is easy, no issues so far, except the Dish operation. I still use my Dish remote.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not difficult. Might have to tweak a little. The remote is a learning remote, so you can just use the PC/MAC software to point your other remotes, and teach it the commands. That is time consuming, but does the job well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it was quite easy to setup using their application, and I setup some rather old units. As a side note, I really liked the backlight feature which turns off and back on when the unit is moved, nice touch.
