• This product has a bit of a learning curve. It is not for the feint of heart. It comes with a USB chord that will plug into th remote on one end and plug into a laptop/ desktop on the other end. Find the web page for the Harmony 700 and away you go. If you are not at least a little tech savvy it will frustrate the heck out of you. Take your time and read the PC screen. The answers are all there.

• You have to plug it into a computer with the USB connector and program it.
