A:AnswerPlug in? You mean use RF dongle? Yes you can switch between 3 devices. 3 BTooth or respectively 1 Rf and 2 BT.
Excellent keyboard. Best I have ever had. Soldid, heavy and great feel!
A:AnswerThere is much misleading information here. If you want the MX mouse and MX keyboard on the same dongle; it wont work. The MX Keys uses the unify receiver, and the MX mouse uses the bolt receiver. They are not compatible with each other!!! Logitech sales an MX Keys gen2 (usually with the mouse as part of a business pack) which does use bolt. Note, Logitech also makes a MX Mechanical keyboard, which is Bolt, and you can use the same receiver. What a mess!!! So if your buying the MX keys and MX mouse separate, and hope to use one receiver, it does not work. you will need both receivers, or connect via native bluetooth.

A:AnswerI have my keyboard connected to my laptop (DELL), via Bluetooth. When my computer goes to sleep, due to inactivity, I can awaken it by pressing any key on the keyboard.
A:AnswerHello, we would recommend the K380.

A:AnswerThis keyboard hardly makes a sound when typing. It’s not going to sound like a lot of the gaming keyboards that sound like a typewriter. It’s nice and quiet!
A:AnswerHello BestBoo! The MX Keys Advanced Wireless Illuminated Keyboard is a pretty straight keyboard, it shouldn't be flexing really unless some force is being applied to it. All 3 rubber feet should touch the desk while working with it as keyboard. If you feel like there's an unusual warp with the keyboard, I would consider swapping it out if it's affecting your day to day tasks.
A:AnswerHello Lynn, yes, the MX Keys will work with Mac as well. This keyboard is a hybrid keyboard and wil work with Windows OS and Mac OS. But if you're looking for a Mac only keyboard, we also have a MX Keys for Mac. I'll post a link at the end of this message so you can check it out. Thank you and have a great day. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-mx-keys-wireless-bluetooth-keyboard-for-mac-with-smart-illumination-space-gray/6404203.p?skuId=6404203
A:AnswerHi SG, the MX Keys connects independently from other peripherals to the Apple device you have and has no effect on Apples Magic Mouse or its connection.
A:AnswerHello SOLSTICE10! The MX Keys Advanced Wireless Illuminated Keyboard is not compatible with the Sharp HDR TV you listed unfortunately. It will work on Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.11 or later, Linux, and Android 6 or later.
A:AnswerHello, you may use another USB A to USB C cable to charge, not just the one supplied in the box. Complete charge from 0 can vary depending on whether you are using while charging but typical time is about 2 hours.
A:AnswerHello, here are all the keyboards that are rechargeable via USB cord: https://www.logitech.com/en-us/keyboards?filters=3956. I would recommend the MX keys though.
-Danielle from Logitech.
A:AnswerHello Paul, I would suggest getting the MX Keys for Mac. It has a USB-C to USB-C charger that you can plug directly into the Mac, without an adapter.
-Danielle from Logitech
A:AnswerHello Gadre! As long as your Apple TV is using Apple software 5.2 and up, you should be able to use the MX Keys yes. See instructions here: https://www.logitech.com/en-ca/articles/10868
A:AnswerYou'll want to try swapping layouts to see if that'll resolve the issue. You can do this with "Fn+O" for the Mac layout and "Fn+P" for the Windows layout. Even if both devices (home and remote) are Windows, try both options. If that does not do the trick, come visit our MX Keys support page https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034762774
