“Please help. I'm switching from a different external keyboard. When I use the MX keys on either Unifying Reciever or Bluetooth, when going into Windows Remote Desktop, the Start and Alt keys are swapped. Meaning they do not do what they say on the keys.”

• You'll want to try swapping layouts to see if that'll resolve the issue. You can do this with "Fn+O" for the Mac layout and "Fn+P" for the Windows layout. • I had a issues with the number lock being opposite in a virtual machine. I google it and found several options one which fixed the problem. Most likely it is a windows setting in the remote machine.
