I ordered this keyboard to work from my desk top monitor - the keys in this keyboard are smooth and easy to use!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.By "attached" I assume we are dealing with notebooks exclusively. I asked the same question for years...see my recent review as to why I added this keyboard. Ultimately, when you dock your laptop to multiple monitors, your laptop screen is either open or closed. 'Closed' conditions obviously call for a keyboard. The 'open' situation is manageable without a second keyboard, but some people absolutely hate notebook keyboards, they hate that the laptop sits in front of you taking up space, and with multiple larger monitors in your face why are you looking at a 14-17" screen. Besides, why risk that coffee or other beverage spill on your notebook when keyboards are mostly tough as nails or cheaper to replace? The "in thing" (see pictures) is to have only a mouse, a keyboard, and your laptop to the side when docked, thus your desk/workspace looks organized, clean, and ergonomically comfortable. I have five monitors and desk space is a premium so yes, this keyboard helped immensely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased it because I often game in the dark from my recliner using the TV as the monitor
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly I use mine because of my monitor. It’s so I don’t have to type on my laptop. Make it more difficult, plus this is wireless so clutter free and I can put my laptop away and use a keyboard and mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use it with external monitor and wireless mouse while the laptop is shut off at the corner.
