It sounds like the pen you are describing is only compatible with the Surface 3 and Surface Pro 3. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your AAAA battery. The top button on the leer penc actually had some button cells in the top to drive the BT, independent of the electrostatic tip driven by the AAAA.

Please check the app you're using an be sure the pen input is on. sometimes its disabled or set to only mouse/fingers instead. Also, try the Surface app that came with the Surface Go to test your pen.
