As per the item description it comes with Windows 10 "Home" in S Mode (not windows pro pro). So to put it in simple words you can switch to windows 10 home for free (although irreversible ) but you need to pay an upgrade fee to upgrade to pro.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't hold me to it, but I read that you can upgrade to Pro for free. To me, it makes no sense as the CPU is a dual core with four threads. Pro needs four cores and at least that many threads.
