Yes, you can. I have used this method to load a number of older programs that I have on DVD. You will probably need the USB-C adapter to connect the CD/DVD. I ordered mine direct from Microsoft but there are many third party available. The adapter is also useful for external hard disks, printers, etc. Note that you will probably have to upgrade (free) to Windows Home for the load to be successful.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can. I purchased a DVD RW for mine and it runs fine. You will need a USB-c convert to regular USB. I have a port with several connections on it. You will need to convert from windows 10S to windows 10 which is free to upload a program that is not from the App store. You can google the instructions for that and the convert is in the APP store I believe.
