Yes u could upload youtube videos... Little on the slow side do to the m3 and 4 gigs or ram... But it can handle light task better watching videos listen to music office programs things like that... If you want to use a surface you can get the bigger surface like the i5 mode or something or for the same price they have many other computers on sale like the 900 for 699 that would be faster i7 8 gig ram.. but that computer would not have all the bells and whistles that the surface would have...
