for VoLTE, I chatted with Moto and was told it is network dependent so I chatted with Tmo and they told me VoLTE will be supported. I took a screenshot of our chat transcript just in case :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. While I did purchase this phone 2 days ago. I have learned by visiting T-mobile that it is NOT VoLTE capable in their network. I have it working with a T-Mobile MVNO but not with VoLTE. I called Motorola today as well and they said that it was tested on Verizon and Sprint network only. I mentioned that Sprint is T-mobile today since its acquisition recently making it void on Sprint also. Verizon did say the phone will work and be accepted on their network but VoLTE capability was not confirmed. While it is not as easy as many would like regarding purchase and go. Your required to do some homework before or after purchase. I will be returning mine since I am being bothered with texts about my phone having to be VoLTE capable by January to stay with T-Mobile or ATT. Lastly I tend to purchase unlocked phones to save and have flexibility in regard to carriers.
