- Answer for VoLTE, I chatted with Moto and was told it is network dependent so I chatted with Tmo and they told me VoLTE will be supported. I took a screenshot of our chat transcript just in case :)

QuestionYes; This phone states it works on AT&T. My question is since AT&T merged with Cricket; Is it compatible with Cricket Network now because its only says AT&T in connectively, not Cricket ? Do you have to state all Networks in description to make it work ?

- Answer Yes, this phone will work on Cricket Wireless. It works on any carrier including MVNOs that use a particular carrier. For example, I use Mint Mobile with the Edge and I get great coverage and 5G from TMobile network. Having said that, as of now, while the phone will work on Cricket, you will NOT get 5G with it, only 4G LTE. If you don't care about not having 5G then you're good to go.

QuestionI bought this phone just about 7/30/2020 Best Buy. It's not even a month old. The screen is now acting up and beginning to show blurry images. It's like it's getting cooked underneath. Is this something covered by standard warranty?

- Answer I got it first day also but I don't have that problem. Try with Motorola directly as Best Buy's Geek Squad service won't be there to help if you did not opt in for their 'extended warranty'.

- Answer The Moto Edge has a 90hz screen refresh rate, still better than the 60hz that a lot of phones still have. I find the screen on this phone to be just as visually stunning as the 120hz screen on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and in my opinion, 90% of average phone buyers will not even notice the difference. There is great hype lately among phone reviewers about having 120hz screens, I just don't agree that its so critical to a good experience on a phone unless you are a hard-core gamer.

QuestionI am a little confused. The unlocked phone is $349. If I activate with Sprint as existing customer, final price is still $349. If I activate with AT&T as existing customer- which I am- final price is $649. I have to switch to Sprint or pay 300 more - why?

- Answer I bought this phone unlocked called my carrier and activated from home. In fact if I activated the phone from BEST BUY store the phone would of cost even less. So buy UNLOCKED and you could activate with ANY carrier
