I got it first day also but I don't have that problem. Try with Motorola directly as Best Buy's Geek Squad service won't be there to help if you did not opt in for their 'extended warranty'.

I love the speed and the graphics on this phone, but whoever thought that you could wrap that screen around the edge and then try and hold it in your hand without something happening to it is never used a phone in the most common manner. and how do you find a case that protects that screen coming over the edge?
