- Answer Hi Mason, The device can be used with T-Mobile. As BestBuy stated, they're currently only able to activate service on this unlocked phone with Verizon, AT&T and Sprint. If you wish to use this phone with T-Mobile, you can purchase the phone at its "Activate Later" price. -Jess

QuestionThe Edge shows to be compatible with all carriers including Verizon. Verizon is using the new mmwave 5g technology and this is not indicated in the Edge specs. Will it work with the Verizon 5g mmwave technology?

- Answer Uses a Snapdragon 765G SoC. Would not recommend buying at the moment due to significant screen issues presenting themselves.

QuestionI've read in reviews that this phone does not support HD streaming on Netflix or Amazon. Is this true? if so, will this be fixed? Its a dealbreaker for me.

QuestionI am looking at moving from T-mobile to Verizon and moving off my BlackBerry Classic to the M-Edge+. I want to keep my number though. If I buy the phone unlocked and with activation at Best Buy, can I have them move it or do I need to go through Verizon?

- Answer Best Buy shipped mine to me. All you have to do is pull the SIM card from your old phone and put it in the new one, follow the on screen prompts and wahla the phone number, your apps and most of your passwords migrate to your new phone. I did have to ask Verizon to change a network setting to match the default text message format. I got lucky and dialed a Verizon tech who knew just what to do without looking it up. Took two minutes.

- Answer Been over a month and I still use the case it comes with and found a leather holster that the phone fits for now. I check Amazon, Best Buy and Motorola week to week to see if any released yet. All I see is TPU soft cases usually. Hopefully in another month or so other manufacturers will start up accessories.

- Answer For the he most part screen protectors don't do much these days. With the new tech you should be fine with out one. I haven't had one for my last 2 phones and they are just fine.
