You can either buy the one for your phone online or, and this is the better option, just get it from the best buy salesman when you buy your phone at best buy. The reps at the cellphone carriers' stores (especially Verizon as I've heard) get ticked off when someone brings in a new phone asking for a sim card (cause they want to make the phone sale revenue) so they sometimes hassle you, but they might/should also give/sell you a sim.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is does support both. The SIM card has to be a Macro SIM. Don't worry if you have a Nano SIM, the tiny one. The phone comes with an adapter installed int the SIM slot under the back cover.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This phone supports micro sim cards as well as nano sim cards using the included tray adapter. If you are using micro sims you do not need the tray adapter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Phone worked well with AT & T however didn't connect to LTE network on Verizon and was always on 3G. I worked with VERIZON customer care and did all troubleshooting but it didn't help. I searched online on support forums and found out that this phone not working on Verizon or any CDMA LTE is a known issue. I contacted Motorola and I got a replacement phone from Motorola and it was able to connect to LTE. If you are planning to use it with a CDMA provider, the phone may not connect to LTE and you may have to get it replaced. Motorola replaces it for free. But there are multiple faulty pieces in the market and you will have to go through the hassle of getting it replaced. My advice is to take the sim to best buy and test the phone in the store itself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Micro Sim and it also comes with a adapter for Nano Sim; so either or.
