You can use it on a contract or prepaid line, it's as simple as doing a device swap on Verizon's site or stopping into a Best Buy and they can do it for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work with a standard plan- I bought mine at BB and took to a corporate store the next day all they had to do was put in a new sim card because my old one was old bigger one. Only took 10 min and works perfect!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought 3 of the moto5plus phones on 4/4/17, I am on Verizon. I just took the Sim cards out of the old phones and put them in the new phones and they were up and running in 3 minutes.Everything transfered over easy, but the iPhone to Moto was a little more work to get contacts, music and pictures. Moto to Moto was easy. No calls or visits to Verizon were nessesary. VB.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does work on a Verizon standard plan but it doesn't look like Verizon will sell it so you have to get it here or at one of the other online sources. I took the sim out of my old phone and put it in the G5 plus. Works fine. Several people have been given inaccurate info by Verizon staff -- maybe they need some time to bring their staff up to date. Not the first time Verizon wasn't ready with info on the first day a phone came out I can tell you from personal experience. Probably because there's just too many phones out there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got the phone on March 31st and tried to activate it. When I called Verizon to activate it, they could not find the phone in their system. So I took into a store and they confirmed that it is not eligible on Verizon. However, I read other reviews that said some people had no problems getting on Verizon.
