• Get your model number by going to settings and go all the way to the bottom "ABOUT PHONE"

• Hi Sharlena, Try restarting your phone to exit from Safe Mode. Once done, you may now try to uninstall third-party apps. Remember that default or built-in apps can't be uninstalled but can be disabled. You may try to check Settings> About Phone the model number of your device. -Jess -Jess
