Hello.I have used this on both the Verizon and the T mobile network. I had zero issues on the Verizon network with wifi calls dropping out, and no voice quality issues. when I went to T mobile, however, initially I had no dropped calls, but after 3 weeks i did have issues with wifi drop outs. I only have this issue at home the phone has issues with transition between wifi and cellular calls ( at least my phone does)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All phones have some sort of glitch. I am on a prepaid plan and let me just say after owning several high dollar junks that had a ton more issues than this phone. This is probably the best phone I have ever purchased it beats any other I have had hands down. I did notice just a few times the drop out thing you are talking about but I don't think it actually dropped out or lost connection. Just gave me an alert and really don't remember what it said and have only saw it a few times. I did turn off Mr data while at home on my home WiFi and never saw the alart while data was off. Also while WiFi is connected you want see 4glte at the signal bar. I haven't seen we're any of this has made any difference in the profomance of this phone. I love it and is probably the best mobile phone purchase I have ever made. I checked every day for a one day price drop and grabbed it for 60 bucks off. But wouldn't even complain if I had paid full price.
