• First ask your current service provider if the phone you wanna purchase is compatible with their service. If they say its compatible ….. if you currently have an iPhone and want to start using an Android phone, check if your android phone works with a nano, micro or a normal sim card. If it's nano, then you can just insert your sim card from your iPhone to your Android phone.

• The Moto X4 uses a dual SIM system and it takes a GSM or CDMA SIM card so if your iPhone used a compatible SIM card then you can use it but if not then Best Buy has the correct SIM card available for the Moto X4 and will make sure it is installed and up and running at the time of purchase.
